Meet Addison
As Mesh Co-Founder and CEO, Addison brings over 8 years of business development and management experience to the company. Prior to co-founding Mesh, Addison was a member of the City of Syracuse Innovation Team, a Bloomberg Philanthropies initiative aimed at helping cities generate bigger, bolder ideas - and successfully bring them to life.
Addison has held marketing management positions in the transportation, legal, and nonprofit sectors. Additionally, Addison is an Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications. Addison is a graduate of Oral Roberts University, having received his BS in Psychology and MBA with a specialization in Marketing.
Meet Jordan
Jordan Carter is Mesh’s Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer. Jordan oversees the complete Mesh experience, including program design and Mesh trainer development. Jordan brings a strong personal motivation to improve the quality and approach to team-building after experiencing and leading team-development programs.
Jordan is also a Pastor at Abundant Life Christian Center, based in East Syracuse, New York, where he earned his chaplaincy and became an ordained minister. Jordan received his BA in International/Community Development from Oral Roberts University.
